Receptionist very rude. I was told by dealer to go anytime for glass replacement. They said couldn’t do it Offered no alternative. Some guy came out and he was no better Very poor handling of customer

I had a really good experience with Glass America after my driver-side window was shattered. Steven was especially helpful throughout the entire process. He kept me updated, explained what was happening with my State Farm claim, gave me a clear out-of-pocket price, and made sure my mobile appointment was scheduled. The technician, Darian, also did a great job replacing the window at my residence. The process was smooth, the price was reasonable, and Steven’s communication made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. I really appreciate the professionalism and effort Steven put into helping me get everything taken care of. I would definitely recommend Glass America to anyone who needs it. TY to the team for helping me through this process. You made my day today, and I'm happy with the outcome of my service.

Excellent company, and very transparent, and fair about pricing. A technician came first thing in the morning and replaced my cracked windshield in about 45 minutes. I highly recommended their services!
